Terms of Service — Browsr

1. Agreement​

By accessing or using Browsr services ("Services"), operated by Blink Logic, a Singapore-registered company, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.

2. Our Services​

Browsr provides headless browser APIs for extraction workflows. Services include web scraping, crawling, search, browser automation, Chrome relay, and structured data extraction. Services are available via our website (browsr.dev), APIs, CLI tools, MCP servers, and related applications.

3. User Registration​

Some features require account registration. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your credentials, and promptly update any changes. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Intellectual Property​

All content, features, and functionality of Browsr (including software, text, graphics, logos, and design) are owned by Blink Logic and protected by intellectual property laws.

Content and data you extract or process using the Services remains subject to the original content owner's rights. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of extracted content complies with applicable laws and the terms of the source websites.

5. Purchases and Payment​

Paid features are billed in USD. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Subscriptions are billed monthly with automatic renewal. You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Customer Responsibilities​

Customers are responsible for:

  • Complying with applicable laws and the terms of service of websites they access through Browsr
  • Ensuring appropriate and ethical use of scraping and automation capabilities
  • Not using the Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
  • Securing API keys and access credentials
  • Respecting robots.txt directives and rate limits of target websites

7. Prohibited Activities​

You may not:

  • Use the Services to violate any law or regulation
  • Scrape or collect personal data in violation of privacy laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any proprietary part of the platform
  • Use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
  • Resell or redistribute the Services without authorisation
  • Use the Services for denial-of-service attacks or to overwhelm target websites

8. Availability and Changes​

We may update platform features, APIs, tools, and documentation over time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice of material changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Services.

9. Disclaimer​

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability​

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blink Logic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or SGD $10.00, whichever is greater.

11. Privacy​

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Governing Law​

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

13. Termination​

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
